Kim Seijo serves as a Data Process Engineer for HD Supply and is responsible for optimizing enterprise data processes that ensure customers can easily specify, accurately order, and effectively receive products at their desired location the next day.  In this fast-paced and highly transactional environment, Kim leverages her engineering training and 25-years of Supply Chain and information management experience to listen, understand, recommend improvements and inspire team actions to enable business success.  Outstanding data that is governed well can be trusted to drive outstanding business outcomes and Kim’s passion for continual improvement inspires others to collaborate and embrace change together.

Prior to joining HD Supply last year, Kim was the Director of the Enterprise Product Master Data Management and Supply Chain Business Intelligence programs at Shaw Industries Group in Dalton, Georgia.   Her BI team supported growth from 50 users to more than 2,000 users and helped position Shaw with a robust portfolio of self-service enterprise data foundations built with strong data governance policies in order to empower business decision makers on a daily or ad-hoc basis.

Kim believes in building a better future for HD Supply, her team members, and her community. She was instrumental in launching an Industry Mentoring Program at her Alma Mater, Georgia Tech, which was effective in increasing retention for female engineering students.  She is also a sought-after speaker about industry best practices, and she participates in mentoring programs both within the organization, and across corporations with other information management leaders.

Kim has a strong presence in the community.  She launched STARs, a special needs youth ministry at Cartersville First Baptist Church, to meet the needs of multiple families with children on the autism spectrum.   In addition to her work with the STARs ministry, Kim serves as an Executive Board Member of SPLASH Bartow, a local mission organization of the Bartow Baptist Association.  She has served as a member of the NW Georgia United Way Young Leaders Society, as a team leader for local and international mission work, and as a Youth Group leader for 9th & 10th grade girls.
