AITP Considers Leadership Role in Community
Posted by: Mike Adkinson in Untagged  on Mar 24, 2009

The Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) is one of the oldest associations within our industry with roots going all the way back to the early 1950's. Yesterday we met with the leadership team of the Atlanta Chapter and we were pleased with their decision to become one of the first local non-profit organizations to bring their group online at TechLINKS.net.

Soon you will learn more about this group's plans and programs and see their members leading the charge into the new media. Coordination and program planning will become more visible to the public and their discussions will invite others into meaningful topics related to corporate technology's new trends and experiences.

We are proud to welcome the AITP as a true pioneering association and look forward to working with them as they serve as a role model for the many other groups who will follow in their footsteps. A special thanks goes out to the leadership team consisting of Steve Brooks (Hardin Construction Company), Dianne Kokotoff (Equifax), John Kosar (Thompson Technologies) and Michael Ares (PR Bandwidth).
