Website Administrator / Editor - Someone savvy with content management administration; very articulate in English with excellent spelling, grammar, and content formatting (styles) skills. They will be responsible for keeping the site content up-to-date, professionally presented and consistent in style / presentation across sections and categories within the site. This role also has responsibility for ensuring commitments to sponsors are met e.g. having logos presented in the correct places and linking to the correct destinations. Management and monthly reporting of site statistics (currently using Google Analytics) to the Board of Directors is also required. This role coordinates with the R&D Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and new features to achieve site traffic goals.

Website R&D Manager - Someone who can research available products, preferably open-source, to match the chapter's desired development strategy and program. They need to be able to compile and present balanced recommendations for new solutions / extensions to the site, accounting for all costs to deliver, ongoing operational costs (cash-out) and time impacts for maintenance and administration. This role sets the priorities and schedule for the Site Developer, and is directly accountable to the Board of Directors.

Site Developer (Joomla / PHP / MySQL) - Someone who can troubleshoot and resolve defects with the deployed site, create and maintain Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), manage the database, install / tweak / configure new Joomla modules  etc. This role works with the R&D Manager to deliver the solutions required by the chapter to support strategic goals e.g. provision of a job board facility, provision of a file download repository, integration of the site registered members with 123 Signup, etc.
