Phil BurdettPhil Burdett is currently the interim Chief Information Officer for the Human Resources Solutions division of Koch Business Solutions (KBS).  Prior to that, Phil was the Chief Technology Officer for the Enterprise Technology Solutions division of KBS.  KBS is a for-profit shared services company within Koch Industries supporting the Koch global infrastructure, HR services, and Facilities management.  With more than 20 years in technology leadership roles, Phil has held senior leadership positions in business application development, consulting, and corporate infrastructure.  Phil is a native of Atlanta, GA.  He earned a BBA in Information Systems from Georgia State University.

Ben SchepenBen Schepens graduated from GA Tech in 1994 with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree and is currently pursuing his Masters in Computer Science.  In his career, he has been involved in a wide range of business domains.  He spent the first ten years of his career as a "hands on" software developer, and has been leading multiple development teams for the most recent 10 years.  He has worked with software development companies, consulting companies, and even as a Sr. Research Engineer helping to develop new internet protocols standards.  In his role as a leader, he has recognized the importance of emotional intelligence concepts when growing and maintaining healthy and effective teams and is very active in sharing experiences with others.
