Mark SohlMark Sohl has taken on some of the toughest IT and business transformation challenges in Atlanta over the past 23 years. Starting his career as a stripper at Delta Air Lines (a paint stripper) in 1980, Mark was instrumental in turning around Delta’s European Operations and its Revenue Management organization, transforming Delta’s outsourced IT division into Delta Technology, accelerating CheckFree’s e-Bill product line sales & implementations, transforming AutoTrader.com delivery of technology solutions and, most recently, salvaging a failing mortgage company.  Mark is viewed as a change agent that can take on any challenging assignment and deliver results in a very professional, respectful and calm manner.

Lisa McFarlinLisa McFarlin is the Senior Director of IT Global Operations and Hosted Service Delivery for Verizon Telematics, a global telematics solution provider for signature companies such as, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Nissan and State Farm.  Prior to her current role, Lisa delivered other cloud solutions with McKesson and AT&T.  Her background spans more than 20 years of technology experience in sales & marketing, systems, development, database administration, project management and data center operations.  She has industry experience in high technology, healthcare and telecommunications.   Lisa holds a business degree in marketing and management with a minor in music.

She is currently the Assistant Director of Education / Community Outreach at ATDC and Chief Chick (CEO) of StartupChicks.
ATDC is the oldest and largest research university affiliated incubators in the United States. Since it’s inception in 1980, ATDC has fostered innovation and economic development by graduating over 150 companies, which together have raised over $2 billion in outside financing. Ramesh MunamartyRamesh Munamarty is a seasoned IT Executive with around 20 years of IT Leadership experience with companies such as Oracle, Cap Gemini and Verint. He is currently the CIO and SVP for Verint Systems Inc. responsible for providing technology leadership for the company. He has managed large P&L of over $100M and over 250 people. His experience spans advising several companies in diverse industries and transforming their IT Operations to be a business enabler. He has an MBA in International Business from Georgia State and a Masters in Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park. Certifications include: Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL Foundations, CPIM (Production and Inventory Management).

Teena PiccionneTeena began her technical career as an international consultant, and joined BellSouth Long Distance in 1999 to spearhead a joint venture between BellSouth and Qwest. She was soon assigned to develop and lead the Program Development Office, and she continued to manage and lead teams and programs through 2007. She became Chief of Staff in IT for AT&T in 2008, managing complex projects and leading her organization to highest participation in United Way giving. She became Executive Director of IT, responsible for release management, front-door processes, records management, disaster recovery and business continuity.

Lisa BronsonLisa Bronson has over 15 years of experience ranging from manufacturing, financial services and enterprise software to telecommunications and digital media.
She is currently Director, Strategy & Programs, PMO at First Data Corp and brings a customer-focused perspective to project management.  Whether the customer is internal or external, “delighting” the customer is job one. 
Lisa grew up outside of St. Louis, Missouri, graduated from the University of Missouri and received her MBA from Lindenwood University.  She is PMP certified and holds a CGEIT certification from ISACA.  She is also a part-time instructor at Georgia State within the Robinson School of Business, Department of Computer Information Systems, teaching ‘IT Project Management’ and ‘Introduction to Information Security’. 
Lisa hopes to influence and empower the next generation of young women entering the IT arena.
