She also managed the product portfolio governance and prioritization, along with other business support functions. Larry Clark currently is the CIO of Pediatric Health Care of America, former Global CIO of  Advantage Resourcing a multi-billion dollar Staffing firm and a former Executive in Residence at Georgia State University helping to establish the Center for Research in Information Systems. Previously he was Managing Director & CIO for Randstad USA, a leading employment services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Netherlands based Randstad Holding, He lead the effort to integrate and consolidate the information technology resources which resulted in annual savings in excess of 10 million dollars. Before joining Randstad, Clark served as the CIO for Onesource, Inc, a national provider of facilities services with annual revenues in excess of one billion dollars. Clark has also served as Vice President, CIO for Central Health Services, Inc., a regional provider of home health care services with revenues in excess of 350 million dollars. And as Commissioner of Administrative Services for the State of Georgia and cabinet member of Governor Joe Frank Harris, directed all aspects of the agency which managed the State’s business and financial functions.

 Ken is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Conisus.   He joined the company in May 2012 to lead Conisus’ technology team.   His responsibilities include the management of the team that develop and support the applications and technology used by Conisus’ companies to provide services to their clients.  His team also manages the physical computer infrastructure for the company. Technological innovation is one of the key priorities of the group.  Prior to Conisus, Ken was the Chief Information Officer at Manhattan Associates, a $350 million supply chain software and services company.   Ken was responsible for the global IT infrastructure, all business applications as well as the quality management program.   His teams implemented Salesforce.com throughout the company along with SAP’s HR system.   Prior to Manhattan, Ken was the VP of Enterprise Applications for T-Mobile managing the SAP ERP, CRM and HR systems, the Teradata business warehouse and all project management and quality management.

Anne DeBeer is senior vice president and chief financial officer for the financial management and planning and financial statistics and structure analysis departments. She is also chief technology officer responsible for Technology Solutions Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
Ms. DeBeer joined the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in 1974. In 1982 she was named to the official staff as assistant director and Reserve Bank budget director. She later became assistant director over the electronic payments and check collection functions. Ms. DeBeer joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta in 1987 as vice president overseeing the accounting and planning and budget functions.

Louise Scott is Southern Company vice president and regional chief information officer for Georgia Power. In her role, Scott oversees the development and implementation of information technology strategy and operations. She also oversees technology execution for the distribution organization at Southern Company.
Scott began her career at Southern Company in 1995 and has served in a variety of leadership roles at Georgia Power, including director of the customer care center, distribution manager for the metro west region, manager of the distribution control center and manager of workforce planning.
A native of Gloversville, N.Y., Scott received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree in studio art from the State University of New York. She has also completed the Goizueta executive program at Emory University and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School executive accounting and finance program.
