Georgette Fraser-Moore

Georgette Fraser-Moore is a passionate, motivational and thought provoking leader in Business, Technology, Transformation and Solution Implementations. She is currently serving her fifth year as a board member and second term as the AITP Atlanta Chapter President and Southern Region Vice President. In addition to her duties with AITP, Georgette is the Founder and CEO of Transformation Lead, LLC a Technology and Business Operational Excellence Consulting Firm that helps businesses and leaders disrupt basic standards to transform and implement extraordinary practices.

With over 16 years Leadership and IT experience, including work in Enterprise Technology, Financial Services, International Consulting, Startup and Omni-Channel Software Development, Georgette brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse background into the room.

In her commitment to aid in the success of organizations around the world, Georgette is working on her Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree with a Concentration in Information Systems Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and Database Administration.

A native of the island of Jamaica, Georgette is the proud mother of three sons, Davon, Jonathan and Jordan. Georgette is an active member of the Atlanta community and has served on the Board of several nonprofit organizations in numerous capacities such as President, VP and Chairperson.  Georgette is an advocate for STEM and youth enrichment. She has a focused mission to aid in the advancement of local businesses, our communities, and the youth within our communities. If Georgette isn’t working on her next transformation, you can find her on the Golf Course, or on the beach.
