Rachelle Houston

A native of Chicago, IL, Rachelle Houston is a seasoned operations professional with over 12 years of experience leading and optimizing business processes. As the Director of Operations at Transformation Lead LLC, she oversees all aspects of the organization’s operations, logistics, quality control, and customer service.

Rachelle is a problem solver with a track record of delivering results. She attended Thee Jackson State University on a full golf scholarship and obtained a Degree in Communications and Marketing. Besides being a wife and mother of two sons, Rachelle enjoys running her non-profit Excel Youth Academy, a mobile golf and STEAM academy focused on underserved youth.
