Ben Schepens

Ben Schepens graduated from GA Tech in 1994 with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree and is currently pursuing his Masters in Computer Science.  In his career, he has been involved in a wide range of business domains.  He spent the first ten years of his career as a “hands on” software developer, and has been leading multiple development teams for the most recent 10 years.  He has worked with software development companies, consulting companies, and even as a Sr. Research Engineer helping to develop new internet protocols standards.  In his role as a leader, he has recognized the importance of emotional intelligence concepts when growing and maintaining healthy and effective teams and is very active in sharing experiences with others.
