Ernie Pollitzer

Ernie Pollitzer is a “Geek who Speaks” on a number of soft-skill personal development topics.  Ernie has two engineering degrees, including a Masters degree from Georgia Tech.  He is a Professional Engineer and has spent most of his career managing complex environmental projects for many different industries.  He is a Certified DISC Trainer, specializing in providing assessments and teaching the DISC human behavior model.  This training empowers people to more significantly understand themselves and relate with other people at a higher level.  Ernie is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and a member of the National Speakers Association.
