Joe Gross

For the past 18 years, Joe Gross has built and led high performing sales, recruiting and HR teams, attracting the top industry talent, while focused on delivering a top-notch customer experience.  As Chief Operating Officer for CIO Partners, Joe Gross leads the practice development organization and assists in the strategic implementation of recruitment best practices for our client partners.

Prior to joining CIO Partners, Joe was the Southeast U.S. Regional Sales Leader for Recall Information Management, a $1B global leader in document management and digital solutions, secure destruction, and data protection.  There, he led a team of sales executives and account managers tasked with maintaining and growing an existing portfolio throughout seven states.  Joe and his team were annually recognized as President’s Club recipients as his results landed him in the top 10% of Recall’s performers. During his six-year tenure at Recall, Joe also served as Staffing Manager for North America.
