Justin Mason has more than 20 years of global experience leading professional services and operations in the technology sector. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of Professional Services for ForeSee, a market leader in SaaS-based AI Customer Experience Solutions serving 2,000 of the largest Retail, Financial and Healthcare organizations in the world. In that role, he was responsible for leading the restructuring of their global services organization during its transition from a predominantly consulting focused strategy to a SaaS led organization, with strategic responsibility for the consulting, support, analysts, services product development and implementation functions. His previous roles have also included serving as SVP, Products and Solutions at Telaid, leading global services, business optimization and optimization at Verint Systems and Chief Operations Officer of the U.S. operating division of RM PLC, where he helped build the business from $5 to 50M in two and a half years. He holds both an MBA and an MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, and continues to hone his executive coaching and people development learning path as a student at the Coaches Training Institute. A three-time Ironman finisher, Mason was also a Finalist for Customer Innovation at the United Kingdom National Customer Services Awards in 2008.
