Kelly Serafin

Kelly Serafin is a Client Executive at Riverside Communications, LLC. with more than 19 years of successful strategic selling of telecommunications and networking equipment into the service provide and enterprise market place. Kelly has earned an excellent reputation of going the extra mile for her customers to ensure customer satisfaction; therefore, making customers for life. She has recently joined Riverside Communications to continue to help those customers find budget money by buying back their surplus IT equipment from either decommissioned equipment, company mergers, acquisitions etc. Prior to joining Riverside, Kelly was a Named Account Manager at Force10 Networks, successfully selling high-end 1 Gig and 10 Gig Ethernet switch routers. In addition, Kelly is an active member in the Atlanta Chapter of the Association of IT Professionals, Atlanta Telecom Professionals, Technology Association of Georgia just to name a few. She is also the Head of Sponsorship for Digitainment Georgia and a volunteer for TechBridge. Kelly has a BBA from Kennesaw State University. She enjoys working out, traveling, reading and meeting new people.
