Leslie Martin

Leslie Martin is the Vice President of Enterprise Software at CareerBuilder where she has worked for the past 17 years.   Leslie has a Computer Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  In 1991 Leslie joined a startup company, Advance Technology Consultants as the 7th employee and first women to join the team.  Over the next 9 years the company grew to approximately 150 employees and Leslie became the Development Manager.   In 2000, Leslie joined CareerBuilder and today leads the enterprise software department whose mission is to develop innovative and scalable software solutions that streamline the company’s financial processes, increase productivity and its ability to offer a broader range of products and services.  Leslie is the chair women of the CareerBuilder Women’s Alliance board (CareerBuildHER) and on the CareerBuilder WIT (Women in Technology) board.  Leslie and her husband, Scott, have two children and reside in Duluth Georgia.
