Fluent in four languages, he skillfully translates an organization’s intent into a plan everyone can endorse. Mike’s keen observational skills and articulate feedback give clients the equivalent of a front-row seat at their own company’s experience.

Mike earned his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. As an e-Visionary at IBM, he launched the company’s first global experience design consulting practice. Mike was the cofounder and CEO of Galileo, a technology communications company nationally recognized for innovation and creativity.
