Scott Sarris

Mr. Sarris’s brings a unique blend of Executive Management, Large scale Program Management, Information Security, Auditing and International Privacy skills to the organization. Scott’s experience includes a variety of industry verticals including Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Insurance. With this unique blend of experience, Scott is positioned to provide strategy consulting and program oversight for the most complex and challenging security and compliance environments. Equally comfortable engaging with Executive Management and line engineering talent, Scotts unique blend of talent and expertise allows him to function in the executive advisory and compliance management roles within any size organization, public, private and Not-for-Profit.

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Scott was responsible for the worldwide oversight of the security this 30B travel company. As the VP/General Manager of Florida Operations for Bay Data Consultants, Scott managed Florida operations for one of the premier consulting and reseller firms in the Southern, with approximately 180M in revenues.

In addition to his executive management experience, Scott has consistently shown success managing large programs that include multiple projects exceeding 50M in scope. Customers have included Tropicana, Danka Industries, Outback Steakhouse, Kforce Staffing, Times Publishing, Cardinal Healthcare, Cendant Corporation, Publix SuperMarkets, and LandStar System, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Estee Lauder Companies.

Over the last 15 years, Scott has engaged in numerous Information Security architecture, strategy and compliance programs.  Scotts programs have been based upon industry recognized frameworks and standards that include  ISO 17799, ISO 27002, Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA/HITECH, PCI-DSS, NIST, ITIL,  and CoBIT.
