Tim Wise

Tim Wise is an Enterprise Agile Coach with LeadingAgile and an avid Agile practitioner with 8 years under his agile belt and 14 total years in development.  He still programs on multiple stacks with a focus on .Net.  He is a Certified ScrumMaster, Development Manager, Team Lead, and Certified Scrum Practitioner.  Tim has introduced and coached scrum and Kanban at several companies, and has taught both to hundreds in a classroom environment.  Tim is a champion of positive organizational change that aligns businesses, impacts the lives of people, and improves the livelihood of organizations. The more complex the problem the more Tim enjoys the solution.  Tim enjoys all parts of development and surrounding disciplines, but he tends to be brought in for his strategy, coaching, and development abilities.
