Tina Allen

Tina Allen is a results-oriented professional Leader with significant experience in full software development life cycle including user requirements and assessment, object-oriented analysis and design, development, testing, and deployment.  She’s an experienced leader in collaborating with various business owners to analyze needs and ensure long term technology goals fit within the organization and meeting its business needs.  Tina is well versed in managing varying levels of development and QA resources, as well as, working closely with various business unit owners to evaluate resource needs.  Tina holds a BS in Computer Science from Central State University, along with completing the Executive Leadership Development Program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
